William Kentridge

Another animator i found while looking through the library for my essay is William Kentridge. Kentridge uses charcoal drawings, and for each shot uses the same image, changing it slightly for every frame to create the animation. I found these works amazing to watch, the changes are seamless and work wonderfully. The effect of the charcoal gives it a textured appearence, and the detail in everything is incredible.
